Student Spotlight:

Sky Capitol picture

Skye Little Cloud, 2024 Skyline graduate, represented Skyline proudly this summer, when she joined US Representative, Joe Neguse, at the Congressional Art Competition in Washington D.C. Winning artwork from each district is displayed in the Cannon Tunnel of the U.S. Capitol for one year. The tunnel is a popular access point between the U.S. House of Representatives and the Capitol.

Freshman First Day

Welcome to high school! Join us for Freshman Orientation on Tuesday August 13th 2024, where you’ll get to know your classmates, learn your way around the school, and get tips for a successful year ahead.

CETC and IC Classes

Our Career Elevation and Technology Center as well as the Innovation Center classes will start on Wednesday, August 14th. We provide school bus transportation to and from these classes at Skyline High School. The schedule will be published soon.

Senior Sunrise

This is your invitation to attend Skyline’s tradition of celebrating the Senior Class on Wednesday, August 14th (the first day of school) at our annual Senior Sunrise.   All Seniors are invited to join in some breakfast snacks, watch the sunrise together and celebrate the start of their SENIOR year.  

We also want to invite parents and guardians to join us for this celebration as this will be the last, first day of high school their students will experience. 

Where is the party?  The party’s over here…at SHS on August 14th.  Food and beverages will be ready at 6:00 AM and the sunrise is scheduled at 6:11 AM. 

We will be on the east side of the parking lot, overlooking the football field.

2024-25 Skyline Community Communication Schedule Repair Policy

iPad Refresh 2024

This fall, all SVVSD students will be exchanging their iPads for new ones. This exchange will take place in the first week of school through their English class (with a few exceptions).

In order for this exchange to go smoothly, your student needs to do the following AT HOME BEFORE THEIR EXCHANGE DATE.

We will not be able to wait for them to back up when it is their turn to exchange their iPad.

2024-2025 iPad Insurance

We recommend purchasing iPad insurance to ensure your child’s device is protected throughout the school year. You can make an online payment with card in Infinite Campus under “Fees.” If you prefer to pay in person at the office we take credit/debit cards (preferred) or have exact cash payment( no change available at the office) Due by September 15th!

Picture Day

On Monday, August 19th, and Tuesday, August 20th LifeTouch (our new partner) will be in the Commons to take school pictures for both students and staff.

Students will be assigned time to get their pictures taken during their English class.

23-24 yearbook

We have extras of last year’s 2023-2024 Yearbook that we are selling at 50% off ($40 each) If you are interested in buying one, either call/visit the main office or see Mrs. Sebring in the library.

Register for 2024-2025 Transportation Services

St. Vrain’s Transportation Department is dedicated to consistently delivering excellent service for our students and their families and we are currently preparing for the upcoming school year.

If you are interested in having your child ride the bus for the 2024-2025 school year, please apply for transportation services as soon as possible. St. Vrain’s Transportation Department makes every effort to accommodate as many eligible riders as possible.
