Susana Wittrock is a seasoned bilingual educator and administrator with extensive experience in fostering inclusive, people-centered environments that support access and growth for students, staff, and families. Known for her resilience, integrity, and intuitive leadership, she prioritizes trust and connection while guiding diverse teams to thrive in mission-oriented settings. Currently serving as Assistant Principal at Skyline High School, Susana oversees state assessments, leads initiatives for the Falcon-Tech Program, and facilitates parent engagement through the School Advisory Committee.

With a robust background in human resources, project management, and school leadership, Susana specializes in building collaborative structures to leverage team strengths, promote equity, and foster professional development. Her prior roles include directing student support services and equity programs across multiple school districts, teaching college courses on diversity, and serving as a school psychologist. Awarded for her commitment to Hispanic advancement and student achievement, Susana holds a Principal Certificate, a Master of Science in School Psychology, and certifications in Youth Mental Health First Aid and Diversity Instruction.
