Message from Principal

Dear Falcon Parents and Guardians,

September has flown by, and we’re excited to welcome October next week! I’d like to begin by thanking you for your continued support of our staff and community.

We were excited to celebrate Homecoming Week, and it has been a pleasure to see so many of our students and staff involved and demonstrating so much Falcon spirit. We look forward to the Homecoming Parade (start time is 4:30 PM) and Football Game (start time is 6:00 PM) on Friday, September 26th, and the Homecoming Dance (Doors open at 8:00 PM) on Saturday, September 27th. We hope you will join us in celebrating with our community!

Three women dressed in themed outfits stand together in a classroom decorated with posters and memorabilia.
Two men pose together in a hallway; one wears a basketball jersey, the other a white shirt with a sweater around his neck.

Parent Teacher Conferences: We also look forward to our first in person Parent-Teacher Conferences next Wednesday October 1st and next Thursday October 2nd from  3:15 – 7:45 p.m. It is always a pleasure to meet with you and discuss the progress of our students. Please remember to check Schoology and Infinite Campus regularly for any missing assignments, as we are nearly halfway through the semester.

The window to signup for conferences opened on Wednesday, September 17th at 4:30 PM and will stay open through Monday, September 29th at noon.

*Our teachers will be working late into the evening meeting with families. To help keep their energy up, we’re asking for donations of desserts, candy, snacks, or drinks to share with our staff.

If you’re able to contribute, please drop items off at the Skyline High School office by Wednesday, October 1st. Your generosity will go a long way in supporting our hardworking teachers through these long evenings! Thank you for helping us show our appreciation!

We are here to support you and your family. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me or any member of our administrative team.

Sincerely,

Anthony Barela
Principal, Skyline High School
