Skyline students win at Model United Nations Conference December 9

Skyline’s Model United Nations team competed in its second-ever conference at Fossil Ridge High School on Saturday, December 9.  Thirty Skyline students competed agains 29 other schools and more than 350 individual delegates.  Despite those big numbers, Skyline brought home FOUR of the top awards:  Freshment Lily Peterson and Ashwini Shrestha won the award for Best Position Paper for Sweden, while sophomores Annika Vagle and Katie Nieuwlandt won Outstanding Delegation for Russia.
