Katelyn Wojniak (12th), Michelle Tran (10th), and Adriana Guzman (9th/PTECH) went to the State Capitol to give testimony in support of HB 17 – 1184, the Modern Technology Education in Public Schools bill. Sponsored by Rep. Crisanta Duran and Sen. Kevin Grantham, the bill directs the DOE to create a publicly available resource bank of materials pertaining to computer science programs. The motion passed 11 – 2 on March 23rd!
