Tracie Zakavec has been a dedicated educator since 1999. She earned her BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver, and her MA in Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She also holds an ESL endorsement. Tracie has spent eighteen years teaching in the St. Vrain Valley School District and joined the Skyline staff in the fall of 2017 as part of PTECH. Originally born in Washington, D.C., she moved to Colorado at the age of two, so she feels like a true Colorado native. Tracie loves spending time outdoors with her dog, Kaya, and her two children, Abbie and Connor. She enjoys creative activities like scrapbooking, refinishing furniture, and DIY projects. Tracie is thrilled to be a part of the Skyline community—Go Falcons!
