Stephanie Ponce was born and raised in Longmont, CO, and is a graduate of Longmont High School. She attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, along with a license in Secondary Science Education. Her master’s degree is from CU Denver in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education.

For the 2024-2025 school year, she teaches ELL Earth Science, Anatomy and Physiology, and AP Environmental Science, and serves as one of the advisors for the National Honor Society. This year marks her 7th year at Skyline, and she is very excited to be back for another school year!
