Sean Blackmer serves as the Department Head for the Special Education Department at Skyline High School, where he is committed to providing exceptional support for students with diverse learning needs. With years of experience in developing individualized education plans (IEPs), he focuses on fostering academic growth and personal development, helping students reach their full potential. In addition to his role as a teacher, Sean also coaches the C-Team boys basketball team, where he combines his passion for teaching and coaching to inspire students both in the classroom and on the court.
