- I have been teaching mathematics at Skyline since 2003 and am a fiercely dedicated Falcon. I grew up in Longmont (went to Niwot High), and got my bachelor's degree in Minnesota from Gustavus Adolphus College in Mathematics and Environmental Studies. I worked at NOAA in Boulder, Colorado for a few years as a Data Analyst and decided to join the U.S. Peace Corps where I was assigned a teaching position in Namibia, Africa. I lived and discovered my passion for teaching in Africa for almost 3 years and have been teaching ever since! In Spring of 2014 I received my master's degree in Multicultural Education and Second Language Acquisition in Secondary Content Classes. I am a mother of 3 wonderful children and love being a mom and a teacher!
