I am native to Colorado, graduating from Boulder High School and Metropolitan State University of Denver for both my undergrad and masters.  My bachelor of science is in Human Services, High-Risk Youth, and my masters degree is in Special Education.  Before I was a teacher, I was a case manager and facilitator with Longmont Community Justice Partnership (LCJP) doing restorative justice in the community with the Longmont Police Department.  I have two beautiful children, my daughter  is 13, and my son is 11.  We kayak and paddleboard as often as we can, love to be outdoors, and are always looking for a new adventure!  This is my fifth year teaching and I am proud to be part of such an amazing school!
