Message from Principal
Dear Falcon Parents/Guardians,
The College Board recently announced the schools on the AP Honor Roll, which is a prestigious annual recognition that celebrates schools whose AP programs have done outstanding work on supporting students on the path to success. Schools can earn the Honor Roll recognition annually based on criteria that reflect a commitment to increasing their school’s college-going culture, providing opportunities for students to earn college credit, and maximizing college readiness. The AP School Honor Roll offers four levels of distinction. Skyline was recognized as a national bronze level AP school!
On Wednesday, Skyline administered our first round of SAT/PSAT testing. This was the official testing date for juniors to complete the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (NMSQT), and we administered a practice SAT test for our freshmen and sophomores. It was a great day as we continue to strive towards academic excellence for our students.
A quick reminder that we are halfway through the semester, with just nine and a half weeks remaining. Please encourage your students to regularly check Schoology and Infinite Campus for any missing assignments to ensure they stay on track and avoid surprises as we approach the end of the semester.
