Joseph Hite is excited to be in his tenth year at Skyline High School, with a total of fifteen years as an educator. Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Joseph developed a love for the great outdoors early on, making Colorado an ideal place to settle after college. He holds a B.S. in Environment from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and a B.S. in Biology from Eastern Michigan University, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors. He earned his teaching certificate at CU Boulder and obtained a Master's Degree in Teaching and Learning from Colorado State University Global Online.

When he's not in the classroom, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, as well as skiing, backpacking, traveling, and seeing live music.
