Colleen O’Munneke arrived in Colorado after a former student and soccer player invited her to see a concert at Red Rocks. Instantly captivated by the state, she only briefly returned to Northern Virginia to complete the school year before making Colorado her permanent home in the summer of 2006. Colleen considers the move the best decision of her life. Since then, she has married and become a mother to two boys, Liam (12) and Nolan (10), as well as the proud owner of two 4-year-old Labrador Retrievers, Sadie and Tucker. Colleen and her family cherish outdoor adventures, including mountain biking (both cross-country and downhill), skiing, fishing, and hiking. Her sons are active in competitive soccer and are members of a ski team. Colleen always welcomes visitors to stop by and share stories about their life adventures.
