Recreational Games
This course is designed for the student to experience a wide variety of recreational sports. These sports will include but are not limited to golf, badminton, pickleball, tennis, frisbee golf, kickball, spikeball and yard games. Course will also include knowledge of safety practices, applications of skills, techniques, strategies, rules and health related physical fitness components.
