Dance I
This introductory course is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of dance technique, movement vocabulary, and basic dance forms. Through a variety of dance styles, students will develop their physical coordination, flexibility, and rhythm. The course will emphasize the importance of self expression, creativity and teamwork in a supportive and inclusive environment.
