AP Precalculus
AP Precalculus is a high school course designed to prepare students for college-level calculus by building on a strong foundation of functions. It covers polynomial, rational, exponential, logarithmic, and trigonometric functions, as well as vectors and matrices. Students will learn to model and interpret real-world phenomena using these functions and develop skills in symbolic manipulation. Students can opt to take the Advanced Placement test or enroll with CU Succeed each semester to take this course for dual credit at CU Denver. College credits offered are MATH 1110 College Algebra (4 credits) and MATH 1120 College Trigonometry (3 credits).
