Yoga and Nutrition

This course will help build body strength and improve flexibility. The yoga postures are designed to tone, strengthen, and align the body. Low impact pilates /TRX band work will strengthen the core muscles along with improving balance and coordination. In addition to the yoga/pilates portion of the course, there will also be a nutrition component to the class. Students will seek to improve their knowledge and mindset when it comes to healthy nutrition.
