Spring Semester Schedule Changes

The new alpha pairs (counselor/administrator) for student caseloads and information regarding schedule changes.

Here’s a quick summary of important dates and procedures related to student schedules for the 2025–2026 school year:

  • The 2025-2026 Schedule Repair Request Form is open now through December 19 at 3:00 PM.
  • Students must complete the form. Emails will not be accepted for change requests.
  • After January 12th, schedule changes are no longer allowed. Students may only drop a course by completing a yellow drop form, available from counselors. The form requires signatures from the student, parent, teacher, and administrator.
    • Drop window: Now (December 10th)  – February 6th at 3:00 PM
      • No grade penalty during this period
    • Starting February 9th: Dropped courses will result in an F on the transcript.

Please encourage students to review the Spring Schedule Change Policy 25-26 and to connect with their assigned counselor if they have questions. Please do not send students down to the counseling office. Students MUST complete the form.

The 2025-2026 Schedule Repair Request Form  will open now and close Friday, December 19th, 2025 at 3:00 pm.
