Message from Principal
Dear Skyline Families,
As we approach the final week of February, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the hard work and dedication our students have shown so far this semester. With just three short weeks until Spring Break, this is the perfect time to stay focused, push through challenges, and finish strong. These next few weeks are crucial for maintaining momentum, and I encourage all students to give their best effort in class, stay on top of assignments, and take advantage of any available support. Let’s keep up the hard work and finish this stretch on a high note!
Falcons Demonstrate Excellence:
Please join us in congratulating our wrestling team. This past weekend the team competed at the state tournament and we had 6 wrestlers compete and as a team they finished in the top 20 for the 4A classification. Tobias Pinson was the state runner up at 144 lbs for the 4A classification! Please join us in congratulating Tobias on this amazing athletic achievement.

Our robotics teams wrapped up their final night in the St. Vrain Storm League with strong performances! Two of our teams, WaveLength and Circuit Breakers, made it to the semifinals, while our third team, Roughly a Dozen Bees, was part of the winning alliance. As Tournament Champions, they have now qualified for the state tournament in March! Additionally, Circuit Breakers earned the Judges’ Award for demonstrating special attributes, exemplary effort, and perseverance throughout the event. Please join us in congratulating all these students for their hard work and success while representing Skyline. WaveLength will have one more opportunity to qualify for state this weekend—best of luck to them! Here are the students who make up our talented robotics teams:
Roughly a Dozen Bees: state qualifier (pictured below) Milo Glass, Jacob Miracle and Sam Taylor,
Circuit Breakers: Kevin Chau and Cole Frahm
WaveLength: Benji Eamon, AJ Fruvellhoff, Abdullah Haseeb, Jackson Holliness, Mason Stromquist and Matt Wittrock

Thank you to all the families who participated in our FAFSA/CAFSA Night! We are committed to helping you navigate the next steps toward college and career success. By taking advantage of this opportunity, families are making important strides in securing financial aid and planning for the future.

Save the Date: Our Unified Basketball Day of Champions will be hosted on Saturday, February 22nd. Please come out and support some great basketball players focusing on community and sportsmanship. It is a day you won’t want to miss.

Thank you for your support in reinforcing the importance of being on time!
