Fiorella Martinez holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Brookline College, AZ. She has been working in the school district since 2015 and takes pride in having built her career from the ground up. Born and raised in Uruguay, Fiorella is fluent in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and English. As a Student Engagement Specialist, she focuses on improving student attendance and academic success. Being a newcomer and first-generation student herself, she is able to connect with students and their families on a deeper, more personal level, which she considers her purpose.

Outside of work, Fiorella and her husband enjoy fishing and spending quality time with their four children and two grandchildren. They love making bonfires, watching movies, and embracing life's simple pleasures. With their youngest daughter now graduated, Fiorella's next goal is to pursue a Master's degree in Education. She is grateful for the opportunity to connect with families and students and does not take it for granted.
