Ironworks II

This is an intermediate-level course designed to engage students in more advanced weight lifting techniques. It will include

emphasis on bench, squat and power clean and the associated auxiliary exercises, along with basic Olympic-style lifts and exercises.

Students will also participate in speed and agility training, plyometrics and fitness activities.
