Ironworks I

This is an introductory-level course designed to familiarize students with weight room procedures, safety precautions, and various

lifting techniques. This course may include; strength training, plyometrics, speed and agility training and fitness activities.

Emphasis will be on bench, squat, power clean, and the associated auxiliary exercises.
